16. Well the one thing that I know I had wondered about regarding whether people were fed up enough

was what happened with the 2008 election - i.e., the result became the epitome of being "fed up" with the GOP and Shrub and the wars and obviously what was then an incoming severe recession.

They were so fed up in fact, that they elected a black man to the Presidency. So the potential is there.
