It should be " The new RW thing is that the judiciary is not acting legitimately when it rules on the constitutionality of laws if and only if its something they support themselves."
After all they had no problem with rulings overturning campaign finance reform meant to stop corruption because they didnt support the law but if they had supported it you would have heard them calling the judges liberal activist judges.
