No. Polygamy was the crime they adopted, voluntarily, causing them
to flee the jurisdiction AND protection of the US. Those they are not
polygamists are co-conspirators, aiding and abetting criminals in the
furtherance of crimes.

As such, regardless of wherever they fled from criminal prosecution,
forfeit the right to the protections of the country they spurned by
they voluntary and willing refusal to curb their illegal actions.

Remember; you make your bed and you lay in it. No one
