worker safety, the environment, and the list goes on. Pitiful MF'ers. And the rationale for these rules, regulations, laws and basic guidance is because the public, workers and the environment were adversely affected at some incident or point that it became obvious to all rational people. The stupid out there just burns. They wouldn't know issues even if it was them that were directly affected, and then they'd piss and moan, "why didn't somebody doooo something??"
