You "rush" through house, then slam the breaks. Might have been better to ask SC to rule on subpoenas.
This has a "well, we gave it a shot" flavor... Perhaps she didn't expect EVERY SINGLE REPUBLICAN would fall in line despite the evidence. Not the best look for Dems, but I may be missing an angle.
