found in Illinois are transferred to Indiana? On the assumption that, what-they are somehow citizens of Indiana??? If you are going to claim jurisdiction shouldn't DNA testing be performed to support the claim? This entire episode is BS unless they're going to provide evidence of both maternity and paternity for each group of cells...
