France making a couple big deals recently. Like that foreign aid Trump held up to Ukraine. That's money that actually goes to our own defense contractors. Most foreign aid is that way, food and everything. It's mandated they buy the stuff from us. Only a small percentage of total foreign aid is money we just let them have to use in their country. Those deals don't have to always go our way.
