How do you prosecute a person without putting them on the stand? Lawsuits would bring forward the people who gave testimony behind closed doors to Mueller and allow them to speak.

They could speak without the cautionary filters applied by Mueller. They could speak without the lies told by AG Barr. Their defence attorneys could call the witnesses that Mueller failed to. Ivanka, Donald, Donald Junior and Jared.

Trump assumed the presidency threatening to sue all the women who had accused him of sexual impropriety. So far he has sued approximately none. It is madness to create a situation where people are able to testify against you when you are as guilty as sin.
