12. Who cares if there were 7 men on the jury.

We all should insist on a jury trial by our peers, and it's not like women were excluded. The prosecution team had the opportunity to reject jurors they didn't approve of, or jurors who they thought would be biased. This is a win, both for the state against Harvey Weinstein, the #MeToo movement, and for abused women everywhere.

Juries can't 'water down charges,' they can only find you guilty or not guilty.

And it's not like he got off scot free, he's going to be spending at least 10 years in jail for this.
