33. Mashed cauliflower is actually great.

I know people who can make it and actually fool people into thinking it's real potatoes. The trick is steaming the cauliflower well and then making sure it's bone dry before mashing so there is as little water as possible in the mix.

You can even do half potato - half cauliflower to cut down the carbs.

I love that they were plotting to fool I45 into eating healthier!
