I'm Taiwanese and we call it "Wuhan Pneumonia" in Chinese. Because the virus is not racist itself, it does not care by what name you use when it is infecting you.

same with Spanish Flu or German Measles....etc

also as a joke i usually end with "堅決支持中國祖國原創病毒「武漢肺炎」，反對美帝盜用" on my chinese posts.
loosely translated as "Resolutely support China's original "Wuhan Pneumonia" and oppose misappropriation by America empire of it"
