This one deliberately forgets that St. Ronnie emptied the asylums and then Republicons ensured they were never since funded.

There are far too many of these type of a-holes around. Lock ‘em up.
We used to have plenty of asylums around, but Liberals preferred that they be out on the streets, and voting Democrat.
