I have heard of all of those... None of them can assure the person voting remotely is actually the congressperson, isn't being coerced, computer virus isn't flipping the vote during transmission, etc.

There is no reason they shouldn't have been working on this for a long time, but none of those off the shelf products are going to meet the needs of voting....
