He has a talent for fucking up everything he is involved in, and the luck to be able to walk away from his messes unscathed.

Why he is only 10 points behind Biden in the polls must be a function of how incredibly lucky he is...lucky that there are so many mindless idiots in this country...lucky that there are so many mean spirited, angry, hateful, violent people in this country...lucky that there are so many people out there who prefer faith to facts...lucky that he has hundreds of Republicans in the House and Senate who prefer to protect their jobs than protect their nation...lucky that there are so many Americans who have a callous disregard for so many other Americans.

But then I have to ask, is this luck, or is this country just incredibly fucked up?
