Rallies are exciting and loud, while actually going to the polls is an exercise in boredom. It's a shame that a lot of people won't pay attention to science when it comes to certain subjects. Nothing against young people since I was once one myself, and thinking back, I absolutely agree with the findings. It's just fact.
