7. Makes no sense to me.

This is stupid. I appreciate a straight forward approach where the main guy speaking on behalf of the government isn't trying to bullshit us.

Everything we have witnessed about this virus shows us that a full quarantine is what he needs to do. And, why can't he work from home? Why does he have to go into his office if there is no one else there?

If he was exposed to the virus but is asymptomatic, what is he saying about this virus, that it's okay to walk through the building and shed virus every step of the way? I'm glad he doesn't feel sick and he tests negative, but he's just in denial, the same as the rest of us.
