a story that popped over the week end. First,Smithfield Foods is owned by a Billionaire Chinese Fellow via a holding company known as WH Group. Second,the Chinese Government announce the purchase of several billion pounds of Pork from US sources because of the China Government destruction of millions of Butcher Hogs that were infected with a Hog Virus similiar to a virus that caused the destruction of millions of Piglets State Side a few years ago.

Notice the Talking heads crying about Pork Price increases. Golly,no one bitched when the Chinese bought Smithfield in 2014,Crickets. Everyone who I know from years in the Food Industry knew this day was coming.
