It's hard to even imagine anything good or correct coming from this administration, but this is the one time they really, really need to get it right.

Can they? Yes, I believe with enough resources thrown at this, that it is possible.

Will they? Boy, it's hard to bypass my inclination to believe that they'll screw it up magestically.
