It doesn't make it easy - You have to go through the rolls to find the small print "No vote"

Any way the 2 were - Benjamin Cardin D, Maryland and Ed Markey, D Mass.

Ed Markey's press release for today states that he introduced 2 bills (regarding Maritime policy) but it is not clear if those were in fact introduced today.

Benjamin Cardin's page also has a press release posted today, but it does not make clear whether he was present in the Senate
