(18,458 posts)44. Umm... closing "loopholes" effectively raises taxes
On those that they are closed on. Just saying. Of course his idea of a "loophole" would be Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid. Somehow I'm doubting that Mittwit will be closing the loopholes that allow him to pay 14% or less in taxes while the middle class and working poor foot the bill.
