(13,366 posts)22. If the Minneapolis police feel unappreciated, they should get rid of their union head and change.
The head of their union is a hard-line jackass who has refused to work with chiefs and mayors to make any meaningful changes. If officers want to feel appreciated, they need to make some good faith efforts to recognize that protesters are in the right and to start changing how they do their jobs.
