And, all an NDA means is that you will get hit with a huge fine that may or not be found to be legit in civil court. It doesn't mean you can stop someone from saying something, only that the person doing so can be sued and the court asked that they pay them.

I have a feeling Mary Trump already has lots of folks telling her they will pay the multi-million-dollar penalty.
