Scott Spector, who managed Baldwin’s campaign, will serve Biden as senior adviser.

Garren Randolph will be Melfi’s deputy. He served as political director for Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers’ 2018 victory over then-incumbent Scott Walker.'
