There's a white guy with a gun up on aim towards a tented area. There's a black guy (or a guy wearing a black mask...tough to tell from the angle) also carrying a gun and walking along the sidewalk towards the white guy when the shooting starts. The black guy (who wasn't being targeted), brought his gun to about midway, but never shot at the white guy. At that point, the camera man starts running, but you could hear many shots going off.
