It's deliberate. Trump is driving up the fear factor. Mischaracterizing the protests as violent looters and shooters, tweets such as this to juice MAGAts and scare the left. Incompetence on the virus too. It's all the same. Fear-based psyops. It's probably an angle on trying to scare people off Joe Biden. Fear all around for everyone.

He's desperate.
