18. You can get tested even if you aren't showing symptoms

That's the "Catch-22" in most states. If you aren't showing symptoms you can't take the test. But once you are showing symptoms, they already know you have it, so they won't waste a test kit on you. Just go home and wait it out. Call us if you're dying.

How does that help anybody, especially people who need to know if they've been exposed to the virus? People NEED TO KNOW! New York gets it: they're testing everybody who wants to be tested, including the ones with no symptoms.
