3. Biker rallies all over the country have cancelled. Some states should restrict travel to stop groups

of bikers heading there from coming through. There are biker bars everywhere that depend on the big rallies packing the place, even if they are nowhere near them. Great idea to have bars packed with people that are blowing off all common sense safety measures. That's begging to have outbreaks.
