some type of brain issue. Hard to guess what kind of brain problem. If it was a stroke, it's unlikely he'd have been released directly to home, then be able to initiate a lawsuit against his niece and her book. Maybe it was an anuersym they tried to treat, but when one of those bursts, death is almost immediate afaik. Inoperable, aggressive brain tumor maybe?
