DeJoy must be a lousy logistics guy. I mean input-output analysis has existed since WWII. Scheduling, optimization today has computer tools for decision making. I get the impression he's only watching overtime costs and labor inputs. The movement of the actual product - the mail - is irrelevant to his outcomes.
