Multiple protesters shot in Kenosha during third night of unrest over Jacob Blake's shooting

20. It's not that confusing. It's clear, white militia are shooting at BLM protesters.

And cops aren't stopping them. The cops care more about protecting the courthouse than the protesters getting shot at.

As noted in the article, it's white militia "vigilantes" doing the shooting:

After the first shots were fired after midnight, a young White man carrying a rifle began running north on Sheridan, away from a crowd of protesters. Video shows the armed man fall to the ground, and then fire multiple rounds into the crowd. Two more people fell to the ground, one shot in the arm and the other in the chest. Another graphic video shows a man with blood running down the back of his neck and bystanders shouting that he’d been shot in the head.

And where the fuck were the police? Guarding a building instead of protecting protesters from white militia maniacs wielding AR15s:

In downtown Kenosha, however, the only law enforcement presence was once again around the Kenosha County Courthouse, where an 8-foot-high fence was erected around the building. About 1,000 protesters gathered outside the barrier, and besides occasional chanting, the scene was quiet at first.

Looks like they have a decent sheriff working there though:

Beth, the sheriff, told the Journal Sentinel that armed militia members have been on the streets in recent nights, calling them a “vigilante group.”

After the shooting, he told the Times that the bloodshed validated his concerns about the heavily armed civilians.

“I’ve had people saying, ‘Why don’t you deputize citizens?’” he said. “This is why you don’t deputize citizens with guns to protect Kenosha.”
