When I first saw the video, I naturally assumed that he was arrested soon after the video stopped.

I later read the reports that he was never arrested! Despite onlookers in that video yelling that he was the shooter!

No idea when the shooter later scampered away, or whatever the heck happened. I hope the cops didn't drive him to McDonald's and then wished him a good night!
