It will not be on election day but they will be caught. In NC you can search any registered voter and pull of their voting record. It will show when they voted and how they voted. tRump's comments will do two things, checking to see if your vote was counted will cause the lines to be long, and the local voting sites will not know if your vote was recived since they don't open the ballots until they are counted.
