9. Perfectly obvious how Fascists operate

A short while ago, Steve Brannon was arrested on an anchored yacht in a harbor on the East Coast. The arresting agents were from the USCG and the USPS. I thought that most curious. I don’t think the CONservatives liked that kind of exercise of jurisdiction.
Post Master General Dejoy’s new directive suggests that if whole mailboxes are stolen, contents tampered with, or rendered unable to be forwarded on or before election night that that couldn’t be investigated by USPS officials because the offense did not occur “on” Post Office property.
I’ve never read anything to indicate if this is how Fascism works, or it could just be a new chapter in their playbook.
