The damage to the FDA and CDC will take a generation to recover. Resistance to the COVID vaccine will last even when Trump loses in the fall although it may be less. It will be capitalized on by anti-vaxxers to expand to other vaccines as well. For years to come antivaxxers will be talking about the crooked CDC and FDA and their faked tests.

Like everything else, anything Trump touches turns to shit.
