Sounds like he's getting advice from Putin via one of the Trump whisperers. He certainly has no clue how it all works. Whoever planned this one intends to win all at any cost to us or the Nation.

This is a Karl Rove or Dick Cheney level move. I think we can expect the GOP Senate to ignore it too.

I wonder just how much Herr Miller has to do with it???
