He thinks that the Nobel Prize, any category, will follow the principle that, if you say something enough times, it will manifest itself as truth.

Decades ago, there was a book called, "The Power of Positive Thinking." Keep something in your head, and it will become true. Well, my fervent wish, and therefore in my head, is that Joe and Kamala kick his ass to the curb with a resounding whack!

Also, I'll put my wish that he NOT win any prize of any kind up against his desire to win this prize (like Barack did.) It's true, my original campaign to have his hair plugs fall out didn't work; I think that I didn't account for his hair advisor, drat. But, with all of us wishing and hoping for his downfall, we are bound to prevail.
