The attorney for Jerry Sandusky says the former Penn State assistant football coach plans to assert his innocence during a sentencing hearing in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday.

Sandusky, 68, could face up to life in prison after he was convicted on 45 counts of child sex abuse.
