WHAT a talent. He was a revolutionary guitarist who changed rock music forever, he could play keyboards at an extremely high level (e.g., the solo on "Jump" to take just one instance), and he could sing as well.
From someone he influenced and to whom he brought comfort, rest in peace, Mr. Van Halen.
