This so called "medical evaluation" will be conducted by a Trumpian "doctor" and Fox Noose contributor who praised Republican efforts to repeal the ACA, pushed medical advice that contradicted CDC guidelines, claimed the coronavirus should be "compared to the flu", and praised Donald Trumps handling of the coronavirus pandemic. I would no more believe the results of his "evaluation" than I would believe any of the thousands of lies spewed out of Donald Trump.
