Bulter county has 141k voters, 43k of whom are Dems and another 12.5k I/other, leaving over 78k Rs. I mean you only have to look at state rep Darryl Metcalfe to understand Butler county.

Fayette county, that also has an issue with absentee ballots, is also red.
