Seriously, what's up with that guy? I know he has the capacity to be reasonable - he was at this absolute best when he and Obama were working together on Hurricane Sandy relief - then he gets sucked back into the vortex. I just can't understand him. Why does he keep crawling back? (I do think getting coronavirus, which he may still be suffering the effects of, brought out his hidden reasonable side, but it will probably go away soon enough).
