One thing about Authoritarian Dictatorships is that they are essentially massive bureaucracies where underlings insist on orders before taking risks, such as pushing through a visa outside of usual channels.

Parallel bureaucracies also generate their own "paper trails" (digital also) that can be used to convict them.

Biden should Day One seize private servers tRump Gang has been illegally using.
