Proof positive that this maladmistration was never planning to deal with the biggest crisis in modern American history. Willfully allowing this pandemic to decimate hundreds of thousands and possibly a million of our fellow citizens makes the GOP the party of death and involuntary euthanasia. It is criminal and needs to be re-dressed by Dems.
