17. The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge is an ecologically fragile area.

If the rape of this area is allowed to happen, the area may never recover and so much will be lost forever. No money is worth losing this unique land. I can only pray that it doesn't happen, and that those that are doing this are appropriately punished - for the rest of their miserable lives.
