local Walmarts have been behind the curve on inventory since April. When you have buying contracts based on lowest dollar,what can go wrong. Georgia Pacific(Koch Industries) closed two of their major Consumer Paper Plants in Wisconsin and Arkansas as the Covid 19 hit. Gee,you think that caused a supply problem? Walmart is GP's single largest retailer .
