It wouldn't surprise me if the keep the names secret in an effort to avoid the public outrage they would be subjected to. If they don't release the names, every Republican in the legislature needs to be subjected to the full force of the public's outrage. It needs to be clear that going along with Trump's plans will make them pariahs.
