he wants as many people to get sick and/or die in order to make it more difficult for the Biden Administrator to get a handle on the crises so Trump won't look as bad for having created the unnecessary disaster he's responsible for.

We know he's a serious sick f*ck, but if I'm correct this would clearly go beyond the pale.
