"I will only support moving in a bipartisan way"

"our focus must be targeted on the COVID-19 crisis and Americans who have been most impacted by this pandemic ... For the sake of the country, we must work together with laser focus to defeat the COVID-19 crisis, support our neighbors and communities who continue to suffer and get back to a more normal life as quickly as possible"

So, which is it? Only a bipartisan way? Or the laser focus on the COVID-19 crisis "as quickly as possible"? Since there isn't a Republican senator who supports the significant COVID actions, then it's not a "laser focus" to wait until you've sweet-talked a Republican or two into seeing sense.

He hasn't left himself wriggle room; he's talking out of both sides of his mouth.
