5. Good decision. How would you set election rules for 50 states based on one state?

I think we're stuck with piecemeal election law, and that's not a bad thing. It's a dispersal of power. it's flexible. It recognizes differences in geography, climate, state history, even party control. Uniformity could be a bull's eye to a fascist. This is what we have and know. It's not all bad.
