You have failed, completely. Before the holiday season, a 3 day package was taking a week. During the holiday season, 2 weeks. My insurance bill usually arrives about the 17th (due the 1st), arrived 4Jan. Januaries bill arrived 24Jan. Still waiting on Februaries bill. Same with my parents' bills.

Before DeJoy, my bills arrived within a day or 2 of the same day each month.

The master you promised to serve was the JOB and the public, not Twitler. You failed, no matter who you tried to serve.
